Der beste Standort für die Areca-Palme ist im Halbschatten. Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ist nicht gut für diese Pflanze. Stellen Sie die Pflanze vorzugsweise in einem Abstand von mindestens 5 Metern zu einem Fenster auf.
Geben Sie der Areca-Palme reichlich Wasser, aber achten Sie darauf, dass die Wurzeln nicht überschwemmt werden. Die Blumenerde sollte sich immer leicht feucht anfühlen.
